Parent Teachers Association (PTA)
Parents Teachers Forum is a forum for the stakeholders who collaborate to achieve the intended goals of the institution. The school PTF is currently managed by the following executive officers:

- Assistant Secretary
- Financial Secretary
- Treasurer
- Principal
- Vice principal
The objectives of the PTF are as follows:
- To provide a platform for parents to raise concerns and resolve issues promptly
- To enhance parental involvement in school activities by promoting a sense of community
- To build trust and foster a positive relationship between parents, teachers and management
- To ensure students’ emotional and social development through collaborative efforts of stakeholders
- To facilitate open dialogue addressing concerns and clarifying expectations
- To keep parents informed about school policies, decisions and events
- To give regular updates on students progress
- To encourage support from parents in contributing to school resources and facilities
- To educate parents on how to support their wards education
From the onset of this citadel of learning there has been a regular Parents Teachers Forum and good rapport with the necessary stakeholders hence the great success recorded yearly. The parents’ teachers’ forum is held once a term immediately after the midterm break and trice per session. Proper notifications are made through the students, group chats, notices and calls to parents to ensure proper awareness of the meeting.
The executives meet once a term and can convey emergency meeting if need be to address emerging issues before the proper meeting day. There is a functional platform were the executives can meet virtually.
An attendance register is opened at the entrance on the meeting day to ascertain the number of parents and teachers that were in attendance. Appreciation message is sent via the group’s platform to all attendees while an update is also given for both the attendees and non attendees.
The PTF supports the school management in providing a conducive learning environment for the learners.
