Admission Process And Requirements
All prospective students must first complete an application form obtained from either Admission Office or Secretary Office or HERE. The completed application form and other documents specified by the school should be returned to the school.
Our school admits students into the basic 7 class every session. Admission into other classes is subject to the review of the candidate’s performance in our written test and admission is based solely on merit. Every candidate seeking admission into St’ Jude’s Private Secondary School is to follow these few steps:
- Purchase an admission/application form from the school. This is available on sale in the school premises.
- Fill and return the form with two (2) recent passport sized photographs, a photocopy of birth certificate, testimonial, previous term’s result and the Student Personal Identification Number (SPIN) – for students from schools under the Lagos state government.
- Take a written entrance examination in English language, Mathematics and General Knowledge (Junior School students). Students seeking admission into the senior school will be tested in English language, Mathematics and Science. There is no admission into Basic 9 and SS3.
- Successful students will be invited to the school for an oral interview and later called up to pick up their admission letter.
Prospective parents and students can have a tour around the school premises before the exam date and are free to ask questions during the tour.
